Kick-off in Algeria: Sialex®Technology at HORECA EXPO
This was a significant milestone in our international expansion. In January 2026, our exclusive partner SARL TR-Tech Water presented Sialex®Technology for the first time at HORECA EXPO ALGERIA in Algiers. The aim was to officially launch our sustainable, chemical-free water treatment technology on the Algerian market.
Local challenges meet high demand
The trade fair highlighted the urgent need for action. In particular, the coastal regions of Algeria are experiencing high water salinity, significant corrosion issues and substantial limescale deposits, which are causing problems with heating and cooling systems. There is a desperate need for efficient solutions, as was evident from the great interest shown by trade visitors from the hotel, industrial and spa sectors.
Valuable contacts for the future
Our partner was able to establish valuable networks in a targeted manner. These new contacts include:
- 23 hotels and resorts
- Engineering offices and consulting firms
- Thermal baths, spa operators and industrial facilities
- Public institutions
The next step: focusing on western Algeria
This first participation in a trade fair was a successful start to our structured market entry. With a strategic focus on the Oran economic region, we are now moving on to the next phase, which involves increased field activities and detailed technical on-site appointments.
